Keewaytinook Internet High School (with the support of Heritage Canada, K-Net, KOBE, KORI, and many individuals) recently launched its Elders Language Video website. This site features interviews with elders from many communities across northwestern Ontario. In the videos, elders share teachings or stories in their language (Ojibway, Oji-Cree, and Cree). The videos are subtitled with English translations, and they feature a rich collection of knowledge and they serve to preserve the languages of our communities. Please enjoy and share these wonderful elder teachings.
